JR Engineering is providing comprehensive construction management, construction administration, dry utility coordination, and inspection services for the City of Brighton's Sable Boulevard Intersection Improvements Project. The project includes improvements at the intersections of Sable Boulevard and 132nd Avenue, 136th Avenue, and 144th Avenue, with additional improvements planned at South 4th Avenue and Bromley Lane.

Infrastructure Improvements & Utility Coordination

The improvements are designed to enhance traffic operations, improve safety, and accommodate continued growth along this important transportation corridor. Construction includes roadway reconstruction and widening, intersection improvements, storm drainage infrastructure, traffic signal improvements, pedestrian facilities, and associated utility relocations.

Construction Engineering & Inspection

Serving as the City's construction management representative, JR Engineering oversees construction activities, monitors project schedules and budgets, reviews contractor pay applications and change orders, manages RFIs and submittals, and coordinates design changes and field modifications. JR Engineering also provides construction inspection services to monitor construction quality, document progress, and verify compliance with approved plans and specifications.

Through proactive project management, detailed field inspection, and ongoing communication with project stakeholders, JR Engineering is helping the City of Brighton deliver critical transportation improvements while managing the challenges of construction along an active roadway corridor.
