JR Engineering provided comprehensive construction management and administration services for the Reunion Ridge Filing 1 development in Commerce City, Colorado. The project consisted of multiple phases of public infrastructure, landscaping, and irrigation improvements supporting residential development and the surrounding community.

Infrastructure & Landscape Improvements

The work included three coordinated projects: Reunion Ridge Filing 1 Infrastructure Improvements, Reunion Ridge Filing 1 Landscape and Ragweed Draw Improvements, and Reunion Ridge Filing 1 Phases 2–4 Landscaping. Improvements included roadway construction, water and sanitary sewer infrastructure, storm drainage facilities, landscaping, irrigation systems, and associated site improvements.

Construction Management & Administration

JR Engineering's services began during bidding and continued through construction and project closeout. Serving as the District's representative, JR Engineering provided contractor coordination, construction administration, schedule and budget oversight, review of pay applications and change orders, and construction inspection services. The team also managed landscape construction activities and coordinated dry utility installations with utility providers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Drainage & Utility Coordination

A key component of the project involved coordination with the Mile High Flood District (MHFD) on stormwater and drainage-related improvements. JR Engineering worked with the project team to address construction sequencing, utility conflicts, drainage requirements, and coordination between infrastructure and landscape improvements.

Through consistent construction oversight and coordination across multiple phases, JR Engineering helped facilitate the development of essential public infrastructure and landscaped community spaces for Reunion Ridge Filing 1.
