The Home2 Suites by Hilton Denver International Airport hotel is a 110 unit All-Suite Hotel located in the City and County of Denver off of Tower Road.  The hotel is an extended stay hotel that offers spacious suites with full kitchens.  Amenities include 24 hour business center, indoor pool, fitness center, Home2MKT convenience store, a laundry facility and outdoor fire pit and patio.  The hotel is situated to service the north Denver community and the Denver International Airport. 

The hotel is a 4 story, 66,000 square foot facility on a 18,000 sf floor plate.  JR Engineering began work on this hotel in the fall of 2014. The initial task was to work through conceptual layouts to create an efficient site plan that would accommodate the site constraints. 

JR Engineering provided civil engineering and surveying services for preliminary and final site design. Submittals consisted of site development plans, plats, grading, utility plans, final utilities studies, local roadway plan and profile sheets, and drainage reports.  This effort involved coordination with the developer, builder, and the City and County of Denver.
