The Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Airport/Convention Center is an all-suite hotel located a few miles from DIA. The hotel has 100 rooms and is located in the City and County of Denver off of Tower Road. The hotel offers a 24-hour fitness center, grocery pantry, swimming pool and outdoor patio and grill. Each of the spacious suites offer sofa beds, fully-equipped kitchens complete with full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, dishware, cookware and more. The hotel is situated to service the north Denver community and the Denver International Airport.

The hotel is a 4 story, 80,700 square foot facility on a 24,000 sf floor plate. JR Engineering began work on this hotel in the Summer of 2015. The initial task was to work through conceptual layouts to create an efficient site plan that would accommodate the site constraints.

JR Engineering provided civil engineering and surveying services for preliminary and final site design. Submittals consisted of site development plans, plats, grading, utility plans, final utilities studies, local roadway plan and profile sheets, and drainage reports. This effort involved coordination with the developer, builder, and the City and County of Denver
