DIBC\Pena Station District Infrastructure Project

JR Engineering’s Survey Department is currently working with multiple Clients on the DIBC\Pena Station District Project.  The 400 acre site is located from 56th Avenue to 68th Avenue along Tower Road in Denver, Colorado. The project surveying consists of boundary surveys together with detailed design & topographic surveys of the entire region including the Dogwood Gulch.  This information as used to create several subdivision plats and metro district documents.  JR is also performing construction staking services for many of the development areas include overlot grading, underground utilities, roadway infrastructure and building layout including the FlightSafety International flight simulation training center.
