Location: Timnath, Colorado
Project: Single-family & Multi-family Residential, Commercial, Lake Design

Harmony Club is a premiere golf and active lifestyle community located in the Town of Timnath, Colorado.  Timnath is part of the greater Northern Colorado area, and Harmony Club is just minutes away from Timnath’s Harmony commercial corridor and Timnath’s downtown district.  Timnath is an idyllic, welcoming community boasting vast open spaces for outdoor activity, excellent schools, strong civic values, and a thriving cultural scene.  Harmony Club residents enjoy convenient proximity to Colorado State University, Hewlett Packard, Otterbox, Broadcom, Woodward, Anheuser-Busch and one of the country’s most prominent epicenters for the craft brewing industry.

Since 2013, JR Engineering has performed professional land development services including land planning/entitlements, civil engineering, surveying and landscape architecture for six separate filings within the Harmony Club community.  The services we continue to provide help develop Harmony’s residential and commercial components.  The residential subdivisions we’ve designed line the 1st-5th and 11th holes of the acclaimed Harmony Club Golf Course.  The commercial areas are adjacent to Harmony Road, one of three major gateways into Fort Collins from Interstate 25.

Within the neighborhoods that JR Engineering has been a part of the development team on, we have lead the entitlement processes through the Town of Timnath, responsible for site planning, roadways, utilities, storm drainage and landscape features for the community.  Distinct aspects of our designs include single-family residential lots, patio homes, paired-homes, luxury townhomes and commercial pads.  Key design characteristics include lake design/engineering, large box culvert structures, master drainage studies, fairway berm design and vast open space amenities.
